Quick Tasty Pork Chops

Serves 2
250 g of thin pork chops
2 stems of fresh sage
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup of white wine
1 cup of all purpose flour
1tbs of ghee or butter

1.    First, take your pork chops, and dip them into the flour, make sure all sides are covered.
2.    Place your non-stick pan on medium-low heat and melt your ghee add your fresh washed sage and garlic cloves.
3.    Once the ghee is sizzling add the pork chops and let cook for 10 minutes. 
4.    Turn the heat high, and turn your pork chops on the other side.
5.    Add the wine and let all the alcohol evaporate.
6.    Plate your pork chops and drizzle the sauce on them.
