600g of bread flour

 2tbs of sugar

 25g of brewer's yeast

 15 grams of salt

 140 mL of olive oil

 Rock sea salt for topping

  1.   Melt the salt in a bowl with 2 tbs of water then mix in half of the flour, 40 milliliters of oil and sugar. Mic till you have a liquid mixture. Now add your yeast and mix for 2 to 3 minutes. SEt aside and let rest for 10 minutes.
  2.  Add the rest of the flour and keep mixing till you have a sticky dough.
  3.  Pore 450 mL of olive oil on the pan and make sure it is all well covered. Place the dough on the oiled pan and oil the top of your dough just enough to cover it but do not soak it. Place it in your oven at the lowest heat possible (if your oven does not go under 100F your best option is to put your oven at 200f for half an hour switch off your oven wait 10 minutes and then place your dough in it) for an hour and a half or until it doubles in size.
  4.  Repeat this and place your dough in the oven for half an hour this time.
  5.  Take your dough out and with your fingers make little holes that will sink in. (You don't want to see the bottom of the pan but you do want to make little ditches.) Now pour the rest of your olive oil and your rock sea salt on top of your dough. Place it in your oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees Fahrenheit and then higher your temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for an extra 15 minutes.

Enjoy, Cassie ❤️
