Roasted Asparagus


2 tbs of oil

200g of asparagus

50g of Parmesan 

salt to taste


  1. Cut the first inch of the bottom of your asparagus off.
  2. On a pan pour your oil and place your asparagus.
  3. Cover the asparagus in parmesan (Grana Padano)
  4. Place in the oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees
